To contact an inmate via Securus Technologies, follow these steps:
1. Create a Securus Account
Visit securustech.net and click Sign Up.
Enter your personal details and create a login.
Verify your account via email or phone.
2.Find the Inmate
Use the “Find an Inmate” feature to search by name, state, or facility.
Confirm their facility supports Securus services.
3.Choose a Communication Method
Securus offers multiple ways to connect:
Securus eMessaging – Send digital messages (like emails) to inmates. Some facilities allow replies.
AdvanceConnect™ Phone Account – Set up a prepaid phone account to receive calls from the inmate.
Video Visitation – Schedule and attend video calls (remote or on-site, depending on facility rules).
Traditional Mail Services – Some facilities offer Securus-supported mail services for sending printed letters.
4. Fund Your Account
Add funds via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.
Some services require a deposit before using.
5. Start Communicating
